  2. Revised filter handling on mock server so it is more modular (in part… 

    …icular, various parts of the system are no longer reaching out to magic namespaces in order to find filter functions of various sorts. ServerCore and descendents now accept a set of filters as parameters, and then call a filter with extra info (including an instance of the former mockFilters utilities now in an instance of MockFilterUtils, which is bound to the right set of schemas) so the filter can do as it needs.

The mock server now almost can be broung up in node.js, modulo some dependencies in dxBasics. Those will be modularized next.
