I keep getting an error when I link preprocess to logistic regression

It is difficult to explore the (possible) bug without having more information - about your data, preprocessing, version of Orange... But I can make a (very) educated guess.

Logistic regression has some default preprocessing: it replaces categorical variables with numeric, removes rows with missing target value, removes columns with no defined values, and imputes averages for the remaining missing values. If you connect your own preprocessor(s) to logistic regression, it will not use the default preprocessors. There is an "i" symbol about the widget; if you hover over it with a mouse, or open a widget and see the status bar, it actually warns you about this.
