Installation problem

when tried to install with pip in virtual environment, it throws an error as below.

pip install ml_metrics

Same for me

pip install --upgrade pip "setuptools<58.0"

Run this before installing ml_metrics. I tried and it worked.

I do:

pip install --upgrade pip "setuptools<58.0"
pip install ml_metrics --upgrade

And it's works!
