code review doesn't work when using worktrees

I love this project, to me it closes the gap to be able to review what the ai does, however I have the following issue: when I use worktrees it does not pick up changes.

Steps to reproduce:

• open opencode without any worktree
• the agent will create a worktree and modify the files there
• plannotator does no see the worktree, instead it uses the state on the main branch.

The workaround is to close opencode, open again on the worktree folder, resume session and then do the review command again. Is there a way to make plannotator aware of the worktree?
