Unable to run on Gentoo amd64

Hi there, I am receiving this error (in messages) when i try "nvrun glxgears":
/etc/init.d/snail-xserver[4293]: start-stop-daemon: no matching processes found

If you want any other logs, just ask.
Gentoo amd64, Lenovo Thinkpad T420 4178-6VU, snail ebuild version 1.2.3

For nvrun glxgears i received just:

Running glxgears on nVidia
Application glxgears was performed on nVidia
And nothing happened.

I've just completed snail-9999.ebuild. If you are not very difficult, could you setup layman, and Portage overlay (howto described in wiki https://github.com/backbone/overlay/wiki) to eliminate the described bug?
I'm really interested in that Snail worked without any problems. Of course, Bumblebee should work on Gentoo, but want to have what is called Plan B.
By fixing this bug, we will make Snail available to the other distributions that may be useful to for someone. ;-)

This strings says that X-server with nVidia fails to start for some reason.

Could You post /var/log/Xorg.8293.log and /etc/X11/xorg.conf.nvidia ?

I've tried bumblebee project, and it works like a charm. I a going to help you with solving of this problem, but right now I have final exams in school, so I shouldn't devote my time to this. After few weeks, I would be happy to help you.

Hi, I just installed Snail, When I run nvrun glxgears, it works fine!, but when i execute nvrun glxspheres show this:
Running glxspheres on nVidia
Application glxspheres was performed on nVidia

but nothing happens. I dont konw why.

Hello!
Both programs work for me and I see the same dmesg logs except for the fact that the nVidia driver module is loaded longer (about 5.5 seconds).

One of the potential problems - premature termination of snail-xserver. A dirty hack that could confirm this hypothesis.
terminal 1: nvrun sleep 100
terminal 2: nvrun glxspheres

Another possible problem - the libraries. v1.2.7_alpha0 version displays the X-server log on error with more detailed information.

P.S. Central project, which you should try first is Bumblebee, especially if it has a package in the distribution.
However, I still use the Snail, because for some reason only it starts starcraft2, not yet found the time to understand the reasons.

How You said I try first Bumblebee, I uninstalled Snail, and then I installed Bumblebee, and It Works fine!, But OpenRC still showing the message:

So I uninstalled everything (Bumblebee, virtualgl, bbswitch) but OpenRC still showing it, jajaja.
So I dont know how remove it.
Maybe you have a clou about what is going on, because I think Snail do something. Maybe, I'm not sure.
