Error: Additional properties not allowed: enabled' on property error_page

Current example will trigger the following error on version 2.8:

Payload validation error: 'Additional properties not allowed: enabled' on property error_page (Tenant error page customization).

To resolve this, we removed the "enabled" on the error_page.json.

API2 doesn't support the enabled property which you can see here: https://auth0.com/docs/api/management/v2#!/Tenants/patch_settings

Our docs were recently updated to reflect this.

Thanks for updating the documentation! I think it would be helpful to remove the "enabled" attribute or even the error_page.js in this repo so that users would not see a warning.
