Bun crashes when OC subagent tries to invoke subagent

Description

Sorry, I didn't note the exact exception, but it was telling that this is exception in the Bun itself, not in the client code.
BUT: I noticed it only happens when subagents are trying to spawn another subagent.

OpenCode version

OpenCode 1.0.216

Steps to reproduce

Be on Windows 10,
Run OpenCode 1.0.216,
Use workflow where subagent tries to spawn a subagent,
Not always, but often OC crashes due to the Bun exception.
