You can use all data and create your own training and testing splits -- path_extractor.py is the corresponding code dealing with preprocessing, it parses code into code paths (please see Alon et al. code2vec paper for more details about this).

See the preprocessing code -- unfortunately now it can only work with Java. I created a Python version locally but not yet ready to share. Likely you'll just need to find a good parser to turn code into AST.
