THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.TXT in this directory contains TPNs from all repos that contribute to installer packages that install files under dotnet directory.

This file is included in .NET Host installer package and installed to dotnet directory. It should be updated, manually or automatically to include new TPNs for each release.
