对于 Insiders 版本的 VSCode 识别不出来

会提示找不到 code.cmd，实际是因为在 insiders 版本中该文件被改名为 code-insiders.cmd

然而显然是否是 Insiders 的 VSCode 都是 VSCode，因此希望增加支持
