Create model with collection name

Hi,

I am using your package which looks great but i may miss something i was unable to give the collection name to the model constructor... As It is not the same as the model filename one in my case it is not working. I made a quick change in the code to make it work but i would like to know if you could add it so that i can keep working with "standard" package.

Can you send me a pull request so I can see exactly what you're talking about changing?

Hi,

I sent a pull request with all the changes i made not only the model collection name thing...
Maybe it could be interesting to have that paginate method as well... Let me know what you think.
