A statement under "MFC" in the section "Visual C++ 2008 Breaking Changes" said:
"CTime Class: The CTime class now accepts dates starting from 1/1/1900 C.E. instead of 1/1/1970 C.E."
This was never completely true, as the underlying code works properly only with Unix epoch (from 1/1/1970 onward.
