High CPU Utils

I have an AWS EC2 Ubuntu-Based Server. And running this bot crashes my entire instance every 6-8 hours, reason being CPU Utils are too high. Any tweaks that can help me reduce CPU Utils?

If you are using pm2 you can set bot restart every time it hits X mega/kilo/giga bytes of ram. It really helps
