  1. fixed mesh bounds issue + centering issue, 2017.3 project files 

    Example files are from 2017.3 so there should not be any import issues, prefab serialization changed in 2018.2

fixed the mesh bounds not being correctly offset causing imposters to disappear
fixed a UV centering issue where atlas and frame count doesnt divide evenly
