  1. Now supports nat rules.

    Changed it such that there are two separate subdirectories under
    /etc/iptables.d that correspond to the filter and nat tables.  Also
    added a table parameter to the iptables_rule definition.  Also added
    Berkshelf and test-kitchen stuff along with tests run by
    minitest-chef-handler

  1. Addressing comment about commented out code.

    Made fix so that code no longer needs to be commented out and include
    lines are still supported in iptables templates.  Also added Vagrantfile
    to repo.
