Able to set PHP binary path on server

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Some servers have strange or custom path for PHP binary, even if we use .bashrc or .profile for PHP it gets ignored. We need way to define PHP Bianry (like enovyer has it)

New field in Server section with default to /usr/bin/php

Describe alternatives you've considered

Atm I modifed step InstallComposerDependencies.php to find the right PHP
