2 Regions are not supported by the Mgmt VPC CF

Mumbai and Seoul are not supported by the CF.

I have got this error in these regions:
"The requested configuration is currently not supported. Please check the documentation for supported configurations."
Due to that this error is obtained in the logs too:
"Embedded stack arn:aws:cloudformation:ap-northeast-2:851646629437:stack/yairextseo-Instances-JIRIC7D92ZSX/cb261160-7990-11e6-a960-500c9459cef2 was not successfully created: The following resource(s) failed to create: [ESInstance2, QualixInstance, ESInstance]."
