[BUG] Rollback creates a half-bed (Paper)

Using CP 23.1 or CP 23.4 on a Paper 1.21.11 server with no other plugins installed, if I place a bed, break it, and rollback, CP generates a half bed.

Steps to repro:
(1) Place bed
(2) Break bed|
(3) Run rollback
