  1. Fix for sortupdate not being called in connected lists 

    When dragging items between different connected lists, 'sortupdate'
will not be called when they are dropped to the same index in another
list, while this should be the case.

  2. Force size in more cases 

    The size of the placeholder wasn't being enforced while dragging across
multiple connected lists, this fix forces the placeholdersize in more
cases ensuring that the placeholder has the correct height.
