Worker in Backround

Hi friends...
I try to use this plugin and it works when the application is closed ('Resume') but the worker is stopped when I kill the application.
is there a way to run the script in the background?
when I search in the page of plugins nativescript, I find the plugin background-fetch but the problem is that this plugin wakes an application in the background every 15 minutes and I will never receive an event faster than 15 minutes . So there is another way to receive an event faster than 15 minutes. ???

@Marwen238 That is looking like ios and if yes then they have a lot of limitations when it comes to background services
