[Bug] eReference is sent and marked as signed even if user cancels signing

Description

eReference is sent and marked as signed even if the user cancels the signing process by closing the QR or the signing button.
In the event stream, the comment shows status: pending, but API GET /api/dashboard/activities?page=1&filter=all returns status: Signed

These references probably don’t affect the reputation calculation.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Write an eReference
2. Click on 'Sign & Submit eReference'
3. Cancel when the signing button/qr appears (don't click or scan)

Expected behavior

The eReference should be cancelled and not appear in recent activities with status Signed. It can optionally appear with status Pending.
