  1. Make holdToDisplay really apply to touch devices only

    And cancel the timer (or hide the menu if already elapsed) if a touchstart
    event is followed by a touchmove or touchcancel event.
    
    This makes an item wrapped by ContextMenuTrigger nicely drag-and-droppable.
