Change routing for input data transfers through caches #59
Description
In case of a cache scope outside the same host, in order to reproduce the behaviour of XRootD proxy caching, the transfers of the input files need to be rerouted through the cache, instead of going directly to the host.
For the local cache scope the routing is already fine. For the other scopes network and siblingnetwork, the identified cache might be on another host, which makes a new routing necessary.
