Build a more granular representation of the TOPAS cluster

For the beginning, the TOPAS cluster is represented by a single host holding all CPU slots with a mounted shared cache, ignoring the individual SSD caches:

In the future, it might be interesting to study a more granular platform configuration of the TOPAS cluster in order to get a more realistic model, as described in the PhD thesis of C. Heidecker, chapter 9.3.5.

Suggestion: Own network zone with multiple nodes of the cluster, each with mounted SSD cache and connected to a (single) CEPH host working as a shared cache for the cluster.
