How to extract other users recently played tracks? #2

Hi Deffro, this is a really good work of yours! I was wondering if there is any possible way of extracting user's recently played tracks from spotify when a user authenticates and enters into the application(that I am working on). Will it be possible to extract recently played tracks of a different user using this API endpoint? https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/player/recently-played.
It would be great to hear your suggestions.
