window resize as a text enlarger/shrinker

so the window is resizeable - however not in the way I was attempting to communicate.

this shows the original size.

then if i make the window bigger it resizes in proportion and everything gets bigger, like this

and override the scale factor and just say "no winforms, windows is not running at 96dpi, it is running at 142, make everything bigger, go"
