checking exported functions

This is a little more tricky but thinking that ideally any exported function should be run at least once somewhere (between examples, tests, vignettes) and having some percentage reported. Ideally we would want them run in all three but then packages could run into time constraints - thinking as long as its executed somewhere that might be good enough?

This seems to be more related to package coverage rather than static code checks, e.g.,

covr::package_coverage(type = "all")

would check if the function is tested / run in either examples, tests, or vignettes.

didn't realize type="all" does everything. Good to know. I think way back when we implemented covr directly in BiocCheck but I think we removed it since it can take a bit of time to run (if I remember correctly)
