The Add Department button does not worl

I was follow the tutorial but the button does not work and it does not show the "add department" and I also have a problem with the [dep]="de" looks like if i have to add the schemas: [CUSTOM_ELEMENTS_SCHEMA, NO_ERRORS_SCHEMA], into the app.modules.ts
