What happened?

Something happend after recent update and I noticed that when I launch chrome and open youtube video, no matter what video, and when I start to down youtube from 100% volume with arrows on keyboard to 50% tab just freezes. Tried incognito mode and no such things happens. So I started to looking up to extensions. Turning them off one by one. So apparently when I turned off return youtube dislike it stopped happening.

How to reproduce/recreate?

1 Open chrome
2 Open any video on youtube
3 Volume were on 100% and I reduced it rapidly to 50% by arrows on keyboard
4 Tab become unresponsive but video is playing
5 Trying to close tab it closes like 30s.
6 Can watch video after that normally
7 Closing chrome
8 Returning to step 1

Somehow reinstalling extension 5th time I cannot reproduce the issue. Like I was trying to reinstall it before but today I reinstalled it like for 5th time and everything seems normal. I was playing around with youtube and chrome cache for like 4 hours today before reinstalling extension. Maybe that worked? IDK cause I cleared my cache and manually script cache folder of browser and cookies of youtube and log in newly from a scratch. But I went haywire on much of things to check what can cause this directly with extension. I just forgot even to check on every time I do some operations. However after clearing cache and youtube cookies I suppose it mostly solved the problem. Cause other things is difficult to describe what I have done in like 5000 words.

Or maybe something again changed in youtube new UI that is not visible so it just adapted of fixed something...
